Kick off the Shepperton Village Fair with the Grand Procession!
Get ready to watch Shepperton come alive with colour and creativity!
This year’s theme: Favourite Characters
The Procession is a highlight of the Fair, where invited local schools and nurseries parade down the High Street in dazzling costumes, bringing this year’s exciting theme to life. New this year, the journey begins at St Nicholas C of E School and proceeds down Manor Farm Avenue with the parade then turning into the High Street through the heart of the village, all the way to the Fairground at Manor Park. The Procession will once again feature Harley – Davidson™ motorcycles, stilt walkers, a marching band, a children’s choir and one or two huge steam engines.
Each group is greeted into the arena with cheers, making it a truly unforgettable experience for the children — and a fantastic way to start the day’s festivities!
